PET-specific lubricating masterbatch
  • Product Features: Improve the lubrication performance of the product surface, enhance the overall brightness of the sheet, improve the printing performance of the sheet surface, reduce the occurrence of mold spots and scratches on the sheet surface.

  • Main Advantages:

    • Develop targeted grades based on different requirements for vacuum forming or printing, single-layer, and co-extrusion.

    • The vacuum forming version has high smoothness and transparency, and good dispersion, while the printing version has good ink adhesion.

    • No precipitation on the surface, no crystal points.

  • Additive Method: Added to raw materials / added to the master batch.

  • Usage: 0.5%-0.6% for single-layer; 1%-1.5% for co-extrusion (auxiliary machine).

PET dedicated matting masterbatch
  • Product Features: Reduces the surface gloss of PET films

  • Main Advantages:

    • Low addition amount, significant effect

    • Good adhesion, not easy to shed powder

    • Minimal impact on the physical properties of the material

  • Method of Addition: Extrusion method

  • Usage Amount: 8%-10% added in a single machine, 15%-18% for co-extrusion (auxiliary machine)

  • Product model: SCX-16 mountain buckwheat type transparency masterbatch

  • Product characteristics:

    • Reduces haze and significantly improves product transparency

    • Accelerates material crystallization rate, shortening the product molding cycle

  • Main advantages:

    • No odor issues, providing products with high thermal resistance

    • Increases product rigidity with a low addition amount for transparency

  • Usage method:

    • SCX-16 mountain buckwheat type transparency masterbatch: add 1%-2%, suitable for higher processing temperatures (above 230℃)

    • SCX-18 phosphate type transparency masterbatch: add 1%-2%, enhances transparency while significantly improving product rigidity

  • Addition method: Add to raw materials/color mother machine

  • Typical applications: syringe barrels, office stationery, packaging boxes, home products, PP cups
